HIGH SPEED TREADMILL

This treadmill is in its own class with the capacity to train at 40% incline and up to 30mph. It is an exceptional tool to improve stride length turnover maintenance for optimal running mechanics. The treadmill affords the athlete to train at top speed for direct coaching during each sprint set. This coupled with a delayed camera the athlete to review his/her technique following each set. This is a staple of the speed training programs at Bracey Performance allowing athlete’s to create “separation” from their competition.

WOODWAY FORCE

Athletes are limited by their ability to create force through the ground during the acceleration phase of any given sprint or movement. The Force does just that and allows the athlete to train with varying loads to provide a variety of training stimulus for ongoing improvements. Bracey Performance uses the Woodway Force to enhance and address this critical need in every performance program.

JUMP-X

There’s the ability to produce force and the ability to absorb it. The Jump-X machine is the best solution to train both facets to maximize the athlete’s power through explosive jumping movements. The horizontal position safely allows the athlete to absorb force through their lower body without risking injury to their low back. This coupled with a patented cord technology provides the athlete with endless opportunities to vary the training stimulus.

MULTI-HIP MACHINE

The multi-hip machine is designed to improve the athlete’s strength through more powerful hip extension and flexion. It is a favorite for the athletes seeking to hone in on their glute strength to maximize force production during the acceleration phase of their sprints. Additionally it is an excellent solution for abduction and adduction in a more functional standing position.

KEISER BELT SQUAT

The squat is the most heralded of all exercises for improving lower body power. Unfortunately it is also the most associated of all exercises for lower back injuries. The Keiser belt squat solves this issue directly placing the resistance solely on the lower body with the exclusive power display by Keiser for rep to rep power readings. The Keiser Belt Squat and power display is the measuring instrument used for assessing pre and post program improvements for lower body power.

KEISER INFINITY

Athletic power is expressed using the ground as the stable base and effectively transferred through the extremities. This requires the athlete to demonstrate control of their alignment for maximal force. The Keiser Infinity allows the athlete to express power in an endless variety of movements, hence the name Infinity.
