The Speed and strength training programs are the place to start at Bracey Performance for resounding results. Think of it as an intensive 8-week training camp geared at forever changing your athletic capacity. The following improvements are commonly achieved and expected following the conclusion of the program.

    in vertical jump (measured on-site electronically)

  • 6-8” increase

    in standing broad jump (measured on-site manually)

  • .25 second decrease

    in 40-yard dash time (tested and calculated on-site via High Speed Treadmill)

    in Pro-Agility time (measured on-site using automated timing system)
