Our Adult Athlete Performance Programs are designed with the athlete in mind. The adult athlete classes provide a condensed version of the sports performance program offered to our pro athletes. These programs are designed for the working adult who desire a return to top form with an unrelenting vision to exceed it. Our members select this class to improve their strength, increase muscle, shred fat or to simply train for peak performance in a challenging and encouraging environment. Each session will address aspects of upper and lower body power along with a premium placed on core training. Conditioning will be integrated into every session.
Additional Session details:
- Classes are capped at 12 members to ensure each member receives adequate instruction and coaching with full access to our state of the art equipment.
- Class length ranges from 50-55 minutes.
- We recommend training on an alternating schedule such as M-W-F or T-TH-SAT for optimal results.
- A myriad of training methods are intertwined to create a an exciting member experience. Expect to be challenged.
