Our Pro Athlete’s off-season preparation is designed to ensure peak on-field performance. The Pro Athlete’s needs are determined during the initial assessment by our sports performance coaches. These performance factors are tested along with an effective movement screening performed by Dr. Katy Sandberg. These details provide the required information to create the most effective training program through the Bracey System, designed by Kyle Bracey. The program is modified and adjusted throughout the duration of the training to optimize physical and mental performance.

COLLEGIATE

Advanced Collegiate Athlete training is based on the athlete’s needs through a movement assessment performed by Dr. Katy Sandberg, in conjunction with programming through the Bracey System. Thorough & daily programs are designed to support the extremely heavy work load demands incurred by the athlete during their collegiate team schedule. Off-season training is 5 days a week for optimal performance. This 60-minute group session includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advanced High-Velocity Movement Training
  • Advanced Strength Training
  • Advanced Speed Development Training
  • Advanced Recovery Techniques
  • Advanced Body Education Through Various Therapies & Modalities
  • Creative Competitive Environment

HIGH SCHOOL

Each session provides a sports-specific approach that combines advanced speed training and high-velocity movements. Off-season training is 5 days a week for optimal performance. This 60-minute group session includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lower Body Strength
