The Sport Specific training programs encompass every element of the speed and strength programs with additional key needs to ensure on-field performance is maximized. This is designed for the athlete who takes their off-season preparation as serious as their in-season.
The athlete’s needs are determined during the initial assessment and consult where performance factors are tested along with an effective movement screen. These details provide the required information to create the most effective training program. The program is monitored and adjusted throughout its course if necessary. It is recommended these athletes train at a rate of four sessions per week to.
