You are an Athlete – Train like one! This 60-minute session provides a full-body strength-focused workout. Programming includes variations of increased time under tension, tempo, isometric holds, high-rep schemes, max-out power, 25-rep finishers, among others. You never know what we’re going to throw at you with our scientifically-designed Strength programs, but we can promise that your entire body (and mind) will be challenged, and you will leave feeling like a strong, unstoppable badass.

Improve and enhance your athletic performance with our Athlete Training Conditioning Program. This 60-minute aerobic conditioning, endurance-building sessions improve the cardiovascular and respiratory system and can prevent or reduce incidences of injuries. Develop your body’s ability to pump blood more efficiently, making you better at short-burst activities, and long-duration sports and events. Conditioning affects the contribution of your energy system to your strength, which affects your daily and sports activities. Increase energy, speed, power, agility, balance, coordination, strength and confidence.
